How team workspaces work — inviting teammates, the shared company-access pool, and who can see and do what.
One workspace. One subscription. Everyone brings their own login. A subscription doesn't belong to a single person's account — it belongs to a team. Every subscriber is automatically the sole member of a team of one, so nothing changes for someone who never invites anyone. The moment they do, that same subscription starts supporting multiple individual logins, each with their own email and password. Nobody shares credentials — that's the whole point.
Think of it the way you'd describe a shared Slack workspace: one paid plan, several people signed in under their own name, all drawing from the same pool of resources.
There are exactly two roles. Whoever's subscription the team is built on is the Owner; everyone they invite joins as a Member. There's no in-between tier today.
| Can do | Owner | Member |
|---|---|---|
| Unlock companies, view briefs, export, sync to CRM | ||
| See every teammate's unlocked companies & activity | ||
| Change any company's outreach status | ||
| Invite / resend / revoke invites | — | |
| Remove a teammate | — | |
| Change plan, billing, payment method | — |
In short: day-to-day prospecting is identical for everyone. Only team and billing administration is Owner-only.
This only works for the Owner, from Dashboard → Team.
If the invite doesn't land: from the roster you can Resend (sends a fresh email against the same invite) or Revoke(kills the old link outright, even if it hasn't expired yet).
One safeguard worth knowing: if the email already belongs to an existing account on the platform, the invite is blocked rather than merged. That person needs a different email, or to be removed from wherever their existing account lives first.
Every plan carries a maximum number of users — visible on the pricing page as "up to N users," same as the company-access limit. A pending invite counts against that number the moment it's sent, not just once accepted, so nobody can queue up more invites than seats and have them all land at once.
When a workspace is full:inviting past the seat limit is blocked outright with a message to upgrade — there's no overage billing or "just this once." The fix is always: remove someone, or move to a plan with more seats.
The reverse is guarded too — an Owner can't downgrade to a plan with fewer seats than the team currently has filled. They'd need to remove people first.
Company-access is the one thing that's genuinely pooled, not divided up. A plan's monthly company allowance is the total for the whole team — not split evenly per seat. Whoever's doing the most prospecting that month draws down more of it, and that's by design.
The practical effect: if a teammate already unlocked a company, anyone else on the team who opens it sees it immediately at no extra cost — it's already paid for. The pool only counts each company once, no matter how many teammates touch it.
Everything, by design. There's no private prospecting list within a team — every unlocked company, its brief, its export/sync history, and its outreach status is visible to the whole team the moment anyone unlocks it.
This includes editing: any teammate can update a company's outreach status (Contacted, Responded, and so on) even if a different person originally unlocked it. It's a shared pipeline, not a personal one.
The Team page includes a running feed of exactly two kinds of event: a company being unlocked, and its outreach status changing — each attributed to whoever did it, with a timestamp. It's the fastest way for an Owner to see what the team's been working on without opening every company individually.
Only the Owner can do this, and it's deliberately non-destructive: a removed teammate's history stays exactly as it was. Companies they unlocked stay unlocked, their status changes stay in the activity feed, nothing is deleted or reassigned. Removing someone just ends their access going forward and frees their seat for the next invite.
The Owner's own seat can't be removed — ownership only moves by transferring billing, not from the team roster.
