What notifications Acitinar sends you, where to see them, and how to control which ones you get.
Acitinar sends two kinds of notifications today:

Go to Settings → Notifications. For each category, two independent toggles:
Turning both off for a category means you won't be notified about it in any way. Changes take effect immediately after clicking Save Changes— you don't need to re-verify or log out.
One caveat on announcements sent to everyone
A broadcast announcement is stored as a single shared item rather than one copy per user. If you turn off "In-App" for Announcements, you simply won't see broadcast announcements in your list at all going forward — this doesn't affect email delivery, which is controlled separately by the "Email" toggle.
